Home Visit

Staffs of CBR will visit homes of respondents located in the targeted area to conduct interviews or to collect responses on questionnaires.

With issues such as cost and time, fewer numbers of home visits are conducted recently.  The new personal information protection law that has banned extraction of private information of respondents is also a key factor in the decline of home visits. Nevertheless, this method is suited to get an understanding offundamental information such as market size, brand positioning and segmentation.

 Accurate data is compiled with CBR's sampling methods developed over the past years, and also with the help of thoroughly educated and experienced interviewers. Home visit is ideal for grasping the basic behaviours and awareness of consumers, continual research and various tracking surveys.
