Store Research

Store research are done in stores, such as measuring the effectiveness of product sales and promotions, conducting customer satisfaction surveys,and understanding the system of distribution. 

Various research could be arranged in stores with a research permit.

 Experienced in in-store research, CBR will confirm countermeasures with stores before research is held, to avoid issues with other shoppers. To ensure smooth flow, staffs will also be given a training based on guidelines on store research.
