Home Use Testing

Home use testing is a type of test where respondents evaluate the efficacy or usability of products in their own homes. After the concept is evaluated at CLT, respondents will be asked to take the product home and to try in natural usage environment. Result of evaluation will be given via telephone. Registrants of CBR's monitor panel could also be used for faster data compilation.

This is a very effective research in finding out how consumers judge or use products under no constraints.
